Melissa Renee Agency is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Generator to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely on a flexible schedule, contributing to the growth of various business sectors within our agency.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Generate high-quality leads across multiple fields, including travel, health, solar, business, and credit sectors.
2) Utilize provided marketing materials effectively while adhering to marketing communication rules and regulations.
3) Achieve monthly and quarterly targets to unlock bonuses and additional perks, including a dedicated business line and email address.

Compensation: Commission
Competitive pay structure with weekly/monthly payout options.

Commission for leads range from $10 - $150 per lead depending on the industry. For a comprehensive breakdown, please inquire within and you can receive the exact pay structure.
Travel Leads: Paid Weekly
Health Leads: Paid Monthly
Solar Leads: Paid Monthly
Business Leads: Paid Weekly
Credit Leads/Tradelines: Paid Weekly

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in lead generation or a similar/related field.

  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of CRM tools and sales processes.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with VERY minimal oversight.

  • Social media savvy with a minimum of 500 followers and activity on at least 2 platforms.

  • Must have your own phone, wifi, and laptop. Laptop must be MAC or Windows running 10 or higher.
