About the Role
Melissa Renee Agency is seeking a highly motivated and organized Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support while working remotely. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle a variety of tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
1. Respond to emails and phone calls
2. Schedule meetings and manage calendars
3. Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
4. Organize managers’ calendars
5. Perform market research
6. Create presentations, as assigned
7. Address employees’ administrative queries
8. Provide customer service as the first point of contact
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of digital communication tools
- Reliable and disciplined
Compensation:
Pay rate: $17 - $22/ hour depending on experience
Paid weekly

Requirements
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in MS Office and other productivity tools
Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
